(image NASA)Mono Lake, well known to photographers for its amazing formations turns out to be home to extraordinary lifeforms that use Arsenic instead of Phospherous in its DNA. I always love it when science and photography intersect. I have not been to Mono Lake yet, but it has been on my list of places to visit for a long time.
